I don’t think I can do a good job expressing just how wonderful Bryony & Chris’ Christmassy wedding at Loseley Park was.
Bryony & Chris have been a couple since the sixth form. A month into their relationship Chris sang Robbie Williams’ ‘She’s The One’ to Bryony with his then band. On their wedding day their first dance was this song. In his speech Chris talked about how he knew that Bryony was the person he was meant to spend his whole life with since a sixth form field trip – pretty impressive for a 17-year-old. But that’s testament to how amazing Bryony & Chris are together. He also spoke with such heartfelt passion about their children and what a wonderful mother Bryony is to Ralph and Matilda and that showed as I’ve never seen such well behaved children at a wedding!
The absolutely highlight of the day for me, however, was during the ceremony. Bryony couldn’t even wait for the registrar to finish the line “I now pronounce you man and wife, you may kiss the bride” and let out this little “yes!”. Proceeded to grab Chris and give him the biggest hug with a massive grin on her face.
I could go on about their musical friends serenading the guests, Chris signing with the band, the personalised hand-embroidered napkins made by Chris’ Mum for every single guest, the thousands of pine cones Bryony & Chris collected to decorate with their Christmassy theme, but I think I’ll just leave it at a love that was so clear to see and so wonderful to be around…
