Becky and Rajesh couldn’t contain their joy at seeing each other and nothing could stop their smiles, not even the cold, wet weather on the rather miserable December day they got married on…
These two beautiful souls met while working at the same dentist and have forged a life together and marry in front of 44 of their closest friends and family, while excitedly awaiting their new baby (3 months to go!).
Rajesh spoke so beautifully about Becky and his love for her that he had her and a number of their family (and me if I’m honest) wiping away tears. Becky’s brother sang during the ceremony. Rajesh’s daughter was his ‘best woman’. It all felt super personal and beautiful – so much laughter and tears.
Their joy was so evident that the two of them danced out of the Registry Office, not something you see that often!
After a few quick photos, they headed off to Veer Dhara where their family friend works as the chef.
They had some fabulous speeches including Rajesh’s brother and family joining in via Zoom from Australia as the tail end of the pandemic left its chaotic mark on their celebrations.
I can’t wait to hear the happy news of your new arrival Becky and Rajesh but thank you so much for having me along to celebrate with you!
