Emma & Ben’s wedding at the beautiful Andaz Hotel in Liverpool Street was just such a fun day to be witness to. The girls all got ready together which is fairly usual for a wedding morning, but not to be outdone, the guys went to get groomed and pampered at a Ted Baker salon (wonderfully photographed by my good friend Joost Weddepohl). They arrived looking incredibly handsome in their navy suits with orange accents.
The Andaz was feeling Christmassy with decorations strung up and there was a festive feeling in the air which spread throughout their guests. The merry-making mood stayed all day making way for some very boisterous speeches where Ben got heckled from the floor a fair amount (even I got dragged into it by Ben’s best friend)! And then boy, did people let loose on the dance floor when the music started…
Emma’s hard work leading up to the wedding (Ben’s words not mine) really paid off as the orange and navy blue theme was ever so elegant. Emma and Ben wanted to reflect their London lifestyles and picked the perfect venue, right in the heart of the city, to do so. And most importantly, were surrounded by friends clearly thrilled to be celebrating with them.
