White Hart wedding photographer: Laurence & Verity
Laurence and Verity got married at the Flitwick village church. They followed this with a reception at The White Hart in Flitton, both in Bedfordshire.
The day started with Verity, her family and lovely bridesmaids at her childhood home. Verity was super calm until a letter from Laurence showed up at which point the nerves started to kick in! Verity wore beautiful, sparkly Jimmy Choo shoes and a Maggie Sottero gown and looked a million dollars.
The guys all met at the church in Flitwick where Laurence remained remarkably calm as guests arrived. Their ceremony was filled with love and laughter and you really got a sense of how seriously they were both taking their commitments to each other.
After the ceremony the guests moved over to The White Hart in Flitton. They have a beautiful marquee in their grounds. Laurence & Verity’s decoration of this space was just stunning. The table plan was a collection of little frames. The interior of the marquee was all white; white flowers, white stationary, white tables – it looked really beautiful. The hints of navy blue on the bridesmaids, cakes and ushers really made for an elegant theme. And Laurence also got to name his tables after players from his beloved Manchester United. This of course, eluded a lot of ribbing during the speeches!
Unfortunately the weather in the afternoon wasn’t as kind as it could have been, but it didn’t put a damper on the party spirit. Laurence, Verity and their whole top table started the wedding breakfast with Jaeger-Bombs! After three great speeches (including a personalised message from X-Factor contestant Wagner!), the guests partied the night away…
