WHAT IS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY STYLE?

I know you want all the details that you’ve worked on captured and I know your parents want lovely group shots for the mantle piece so yep, I’ll get all those boxes ticked!

BUT, I am most concerned with you having amazing photos that capture the love, laughter and happiness of your day and some beautiful pictures of you both together.

I’m happy to send a full gallery for you to have a look through!

I’M SUPER AWKWARD IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA!

Well, aren’t we all! Firstly, you can have an engagement shoot before your big day to relax in front of the camera if you feel it’d be beneficial. On the big day itself, you’ll be so busy having a ball, chatting with mates and living your best life that you won’t even notice I’m around for most of it. And that’s a promise 🙂

Read some testimonials to get a feel for what it’s like having me around! Most people say I just blend into the background which is good… I think!

HOW LONG WILL MY PHOTOS TAKE?

I’ll have a little sneak peek with you super quickly so you can get excited about the photo goodness to come and show off your first photos.

Then I’ll get to work on your full gallery and have all your gorgeous photos with you within 6 weeks of your wedding date. Don’t worry, they’ll be worth the wait 🙂

Plus, I’ll mock up albums and frames for you so you can start to imagine all the ways to show off your pics!

CAN YOU HOLD MY DATE?

Well, yes and no.

I do often get multiple enquiries for the same date so I can only confirm your date after I have a deposit for it but I’m happy to let you know as soon as anyone else is interested in your date.

But first deposit gets the date!

DO YOU GET ILL?

We all get the sniffles but touch wood I’ve never missed a wedding!

I’d have to be at death’s door but I have an amazing network of photographers who would be able to step in for me. I’d then edit for you and create your album for you so apart from the day it would be service as usual.

DO YOU DO DISCOUNTS?

If you think I’m the right photographer for you, I’m happy to chat and see how I can help within your budget, for example shorter coverage.

But, to be fair to all my other wedding couples, I won’t discount the same service I offer to others at the price they’ve paid.

DO YOU DO A VENUE VISIT?

No. I love to get to know you over Zoom before you book. But I’m confident turning up at a venue without seeing it in advance.

Venues don’t look the same on different days, in different seasons etc so even doing a venue visit doesn’t give me any insight – I’m happy to get my inspiration on the day!

DO YOU DO WEDDING ALBUMS?

ABSOLUTELY!

I think everything looks more lush in print and I’d highly recommend you have a beautiful album of your photos rather than leaving them to languish on a hard drive.

There is nothing more dreamy than flicking through your album together on your anniversaries!

WHAT IF IT RAINS ON OUR BIG DAY?

Keep smiling and don’t worry about it. It’s meant to be good luck!

We’ll still find great places for photos and just enjoy your day. Even rain can’t wash genuine smiles and happiness away!

And if you want to go outside anyway, I’m all for it, let’s grab a brolley and go!

DO YOU TRAVEL?

Absolutely, I’ve photographed weddings all over the UK and on the continent too.

Weddings further afield incur travel costs and possibly an overnight stay, but get in touch to tell me about your plans and if it’s going to cost you anything extra I’ll let you know when you enquire.

ARE YOU INSURED?

Of course! I’m a business and have full professional indemnity and public liability insurance. Most venues won’t let you work without it.

I also get asked this surprisingly often, strangely enough!

DO YOU DO GROUPS?

No parent would be happy without group shots! I do recommend keeping your list short because it’s boring to pose for a long time and takes longer than you could possibly imagine.
